What if my sty started bleeding, is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Bleeding sty: Sties normally don't bleed. I wonder if you may've accidentally scratched it or bumped. Any bleeding is concerning, so i would make appointment to see doc.

Neither: A stye is an infection, usually of the roots of the eye lashes. Bleeding may occur if it "pops". You should have it seen and obtain ocular antibiotic drops or ointment.
