Diabetes ( hba1c) , hypothyroid (free t3, (liothyronine) free t4, reverse t3, (liothyronine) tsh) and adrenal stress (saliva adrenal stress test with samples @ 8am, noon, 3 pm and bedtime) any of which can cause weight gain or make weight loss more difficult.
