Acne: There is no clear association between any food and acne, but nonetheless it's advisable to watch closely what causes your acne to flare. If you find association, then you want to avoid those foods. I believe junk food, albeit not bad for acne, is bad for other things such as weight, cholesterol, unhealthy sugars, oils, etc.

Food & acne: It is a myth. No you should not stop eating chocolate - but of course in moderate amount. Up till now there is no data that supports diet;chocolate, spicy food, or junk food cause or make acne worse. These foods have their bad health results. Acne is caused by oily glands, bacteria & skin pore clogging. Welcome to health tap.

Manage your acne: Forget about trying to connect diet and acne. Your photo suggests you're a fitness buff; eat sensibly to promote this side of your health. I see that you are on retin-A and that you have not gotten full clearing. Don't hesitate to get with your physician who can add something prescription-strength -- perhaps a month on a tetracycline, or if neede something even stronger. Best wishes.
