Just ignore it: There's no need to spend time and energy looking for information to debunk a myth. It's up to the myth propagators to prove their beliefs, not up to the rest of the world to disprove them. Only if a myth starts to affect the rest of us, would we have to disprove it. Certain types and locations of acne may reflect certain causes, but there's no need for elaborate acne-mapping to figure that out.
