Go see your doctor: Intense pain causing loss of hip movement needs to be evaluated by your doctor. Depending upon what happened first (pain vs loss of movement), consider going to hospital er for xrays, especially if there's any possibility that you may have broken your hip. Certainly get evaluated immediately if any numbness, tingling, weakness or loss of bowel/bladder control.
