Syrinx: You need to see a neurosurgeon and get follow up with imaging studies.In some cases people can benefit from shunt surgery.

Syrinx: If the symptoms are becoming progressive then you need to consult a neurosurgeon for possible treatment, if surgery is not an option the next step would be a neurologist.
