Wow!: You have a lot going on! so the foot deformity is likely a result of the syrinx, which you may have been born with. The leg weakness may also be from the syrinx. An orthopedic surgeon may be able to help with your foot. A neurosurgeon can help determine if your syrinx requires surgery or not. The nefl gene was checked for mutations to see if you have CMT disease, which you do not, it seems.
