Cool salt water: Gargling & rinses. The healing soft tissue may also be giving you the feeling that things are "sticking" when in fact they are probably not. You are still in the phase of healing where you will have some scabs from the tonsillectomy, these can often give a feeling of food sticking. They will slough very soon if still present. I would avoid solid foods still and doing any "removal" - may bleed.
