Just had my tonsils removed and now i am experiencing some pains the throat and feel itchiness in the throat and ears.and taste of blood in the throat?

Tonsillectomy: that all sounds like normal post surgical symptoms unless you are bleeding actively from the tonsillar beds. Again, as has been stated for other surgeries, look at your postoperative instructions then if it is not covered contact your surgeon as he/she knows your case the best.
