D/w your oncologist: Go to see and d/w your oncologist . There are different ways to help constipation- from prune juice, otc stool softener like colace, miralax, (polyethylene glycol) otc agent to increase motility like sennokot, agent to increase the bulk like fibres, etc , milk of magnesia, to enema. However, i recommend you to see your oncologist for further evaluation for your abd pain. There are many things that could cause abd pain.

Abdominal pain: This can be due to many things, with constipation being one of them especially if you are on pain meds. You should see your oncologist about the pain before assuming it is due to constipation, since other causes like bowel obstruction can be much more serious.

BOWEL REGIMEN: Have your oncologist prescribe a stool softner and maybe a laxative to get you going. Also keep hydrated. Unfortunately, pain meds cause constipation.
