Seek medical help: This is definitely concerning. The fact that there are deep abscesses is concerning as these are deep seated infections. It is very hard to clear the abscesses without surgical debridement and/or antibiotics. If it is not treated, there is a risk of spread and potential loss of limb. Seek medical attention right away.

You need evaluation : You may need culture and antibiotic treatment. See your primary care doctor.

Go see your doctor: Get evaluated by your regular doc. Need to come clean (so to speak) about your previous history in order to receive appropriate wound care which can be provided by home health nurse (if you lived in states, not argentina). I'm glad to hear you don't hurt but abscesses (pus pockets) need to be drained & then packed. Antibiotics may be indicated in some situations. Good luck!
