Regular diet.: There are no specific foods to be avoided. Previously it was though that nuts, berries and seeds were to be avoided, but that is no longer the case. You may eat what you wish.

Do eat high fiber: High fiber diet, fruits & vegetables are best. Avoid junk foods, rice, pasta, white bread, but can have in smaller amounts. High fiber whole wheat bread ok. Add metamucil or similar for fiber. Drink plenty of water.
