On flagyl and levaquin (levofloxacin) for 5 days so far for diverticulitis. is it still common to have abdominal pain? eating low fiber, low fat foods.

If you are better..: Antibiotics usually take a couple of days to work and even when they are working well after a significant episode of infection and inflammation you may stay sore for a few days as long as compared with when you started treatment you are doing better. If not better or worse then you need to be seen again to reconsider treatment options.
