Yes!: Yes, i would recommend you go to the emergency room at a local hospital as soon as possible because you have been having heavy vaginal bleeding for the last three weeks. There is a high probability you may be anemic from your blood loss. You will need to have a pelvic ultrasound to evaluate the presence of uterine fibroids which may be causing your bleeding and you will also need a CBC for anemia.
