This : This sounds excessive. As you also feel fatigue, it is prudent you go in to see your doctor or to an urgent care. You may be suffering from anemia as fatigue is a sign of this. Anemia is when you have a low volume of healthy red blood cells to carry oxygen to the body. See your doctor. Be sure to tell you doctor how long you have been experiencing heavy bleeding and how many tampons you are going through per day.
