Hydrate: Eat a well balanced meal, drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated, get plenty of sleep about 7-8 hours a day, use sunscreen and use sunglasses when you go outside. You can use a cold compress or a bag of frozen peas or something to put on your eyes to constrict the blood vessels that can cause under eye darkness. You can try an eye cream which contains caffeine in it. Otherwise surgery or makeup.

Diet: Healthy diet is the key: avoid sugar, wheat, milk/cheese. Consume plenty of non-starchy vegetables, coconut oil, butter/ghee, olive oil. Applying a small amount of pure vitamin E oil over the affected area daily also helps.
