Depends if hyperpigm: Hyperpigmented from trauma or because it's a dark mole that's growing. In either case, your doctor should look at it. It's difficult to treat, b/c bleaching agents would depigment your normal melanin around this. So, it needs to be evaluated first to determine the best treatment and approach. If it's from a scar, sometimes laser helps, but not sure in india. An ayurvedic phyician may help too.
