REM behavior: What you are describing is known as rem behavior disorder. This is possible to do and there is treatment available for it. Smoe benzodiazepines are successful in treating it. See your physician or a sleep specialist who can help you with treatment. You may need a sleep study done. In the mean time make your sleep environment safe by removing sharp objects or things that you can hurt yourself with.
