A member asked:

Why do my hands numb up when iam asleep?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ulner nerve: If your elbow is folded when you sleep, as would be the case if you put your hand under your head, your ulner nerve is getting compressed and causing numbness. Try sleeping with your arms out straight.
