Hmm: If you were in my office I'd examine your abdomen, order an ultrasound of your upper abdomen with attention to the pancreas, perhaps order a serum amylase, along with fasting blood sugars, perhaps insulin levels, and a general metabolic panel. If the studies came back normal I'd probably refer you to a GI specialist to make sure I didn't miss something unusual.
