2 problems: It sounds like you could have at least 2 separate problems, one of which magnifies the other. Inner ear infections can cause dizziness, & anxiety can produce dizziness too. Work stress and feeling overloaded may increase anxiety as well. Your family doctor can surely treat your ear infection, but a psychiatrist and/or psychologist can provide more focused evaluation & treatment of anxiety.

More than 1 problem: An inner ear infection can be treated by your family doctor. It can cause all the symptoms you mentioned, but work stress and anxiety may or may not be part of the picture. If your symptoms preceded the infection, then the work stress with anxiety may need separate psychological treatment from a psychologist preferably with experience in employee assistance program ( eap) work.
