Different for each : As you suggest, everyone is shaped differently, but we can use the body mass index (an imperfect tool comparing weight to height, with normal ranges for age & sex). At that age & height, a weight of 183 would lower your bmi to 29.5, below the 95th %ile & no longer obese. 155 lowers the bmi to 25, below the 85th % & not overweight. These are just #s. Crash diets are unhealthy. Discuss with your pcp.
