My dad started bleeding from ear a lot and is dizzy. could this be a result of the blood thinners he is taking?

Need eval: He should go to see a doctor and to check his inr. If his inr is high then blood thinner should be adjusted- perhaps it needs to be held and dose should be lowered etc. Also, importantly, his ear has to be examined to make sure there is no trauma etc.
