Possibly: Not clear about internal brain bleeding part of yr question? If u have vertigo and serious brain pathology has been ruled out by yr doctor, u can try b-complex and magnesium supplementation. Max dose mag would be approx 700mg twice daily. Caution it has laxative effect! u may need physical therapy as well.
