Not likely: Blood types are determined by testing the blood sample in specific ways. If you had a blood tests for other purposes, the blood was not sent for typing; that's not a standard procedure. However if the lab still has some leftover blood, it could be tested for typing if your doctor ordered it. Who will pay if this is not medically indicated? Your insurance co likely won't.
