You don't: Your blood sugar is probably already too high. You are probably overweight and inactive. It';s called Insulin resistance, and it's the beginning of a path that leads ultimately to diabetes. Don't get your sugar high. Eat less, exercise more, lose weight and get it lower or back toward normal.
