Yes: Yes, low blood sugar can cause shakiness and can make you tremulous. This is common in patient with diabetes.

Possibly: Low blood sugar can cause one to feel shaky. That being said, feeling skaky can be the manifestation of a large variety of medical and/or mental health conditions. Would consider discussing with your primary care physician.
