You are mistaken: I believe you are referring to your pulse or heart rate which is ex pressed as beats per minute. Blood pressure is a measurement that is expressed in millimeters of mercury.

Pulse?: It sounds like you are talking about your heart rate, not your blood pressure. The faster heart rate may be from anxiety, but abnormal types of heart rhythm disorder need to be excluded. See your doc and ask about wearing a holter monitor. The treatment depends on what is causing it.
