It is known to occur: Pressure can be felt in or around the eye but the actual eye pressure (every eye has pressure, like the inflation pressure of a tire) may be normal. This can be caused by sinus conditions or a problem with the facial nerve. In an eye condition called pigment dispersion syndrome, the actual eye pressure can go up with exercise. It's more common in nearsighted eyes - may cause glaucoma. Get an exam.
