Dizziness: Dizziness can be light headidness or vertigo ( false sense of movement or spinning).If you have a localizing symptom such as the pressure behind the eye, then the causes of this can be narrowed down to eye conditions such as glaucoma, , sinus problems, optic nerve situations. Hypertension as well. So , it is recommended to have the blood pressure checked , eye examined and if needed a Brain MRI
