What are common over-the-counter blood pressure pills that i can use to lower my blood pressure?

That Work?: Maybe someone else has a good idea, but i'm unaware of any otc pills that safely and reliably lower blood pressure. I would ask for proof from anyone who had a "natural" remedy that didn't involve exercise, diet, weight loss, or salt restriction.
