Does every day use of over-the-counter allegra (fexofenadine) allergy raise blood pressure?

No: As long as it's plain Allegra (fexofenadine) without the "d" it won't raise blood pressure.

No: High blood pressure has not been reported nor directly linked with the daily use of Allegra (fexofenadine). Common side effects may include headache, stomach upset, dry/irritated mouth/nose/throat, dizziness/drowsiness. Reportany breathing problems/chest pain, fast heartbeat or frequent infections/fever to your doctor as soon as possible. Be sure to discuss any concerns with your doctor. Stay well.

Should not: Plain Allegra (fexofenadine) is an antihistamine -fexofanadine. It does not cause high blood pressure except in very rare cases of hypersensitivity. Unlike many antihistamines, it does not tend to cause drowsiness. On the other hand, Allegra (fexofenadine) d, can cause hypertension because it is made with addition of pseudoephedrine--a decongestant which constricts blood vessels & can also cause palpitations and nervousness.
