No: As long as it's plain Allegra (fexofenadine) without the "d" it won't raise blood pressure.

It can: If of the Allegra-D variety....But generally this is worsening of already present htn.

On the other hand, Allegra (fexofenadine) d, can cause hypertension because it is made with addition of pseudoephedrine--a decongestant which constricts blood vessels & can also cause palpitations and nervousness.
