what is the best way to prevent blood disorders?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Sewa Legha
50 years experience Medical Oncology
This a BIG question!: Nature will take care of it if you keep good health. This requires healthy eating habits, maintain healthy weight and exercise daily. If you are concerned, get an annual check up from your family doctor. This will assure you in case you are heading for any such disorder which are rare...So do not worry right now(my advice: you should wait to worry!).
