Not sure what u mean: A bruise is just a subcutaneous collection of blood that has escaped the confines of the vascular space. It's appearance changes with local metabolism of hemoglobin. If you are referring to bruising in general, people with low platelet counts or deficiencies/dysfunction in some humoral clotting factors (eg., vwf, fibrinogen, etc.) are sensitive to bruising/bleeding from even minor trauma.
