Are there effective natural treatments for ankle arthritis?

Yes.: Treatments for ankle arthritis include non-operative and non-operative options. Non-operative options include activity modification, tylenol, (acetaminophen) anti-inflammatories, braces, physical therapy, and injections. Two major surgical options include fusion or replacement. Fusions provide good pain relief. Replacement do too, possibly with better function. Replacements may not be as durable as fusion.
