Probably not: Blood clots typically present with swelling in the affected leg. It is typically global swelling in the entire leg that has the blood clot. A blood clot can present as cramping, but this is less likely. To be sure, you would need to have a noninvasive ultrasound study of your leg veins to see if there is a clot. This can be performed at an emergency room.
