Get checked: You need to see an ENT specialist to evaluate this. There could be some type of intranasal lesion, mass , or more commonly something such as nasal polyps. Even more commonly, this could be an allergic problem. I wouldn't be alarmed, but it is in your best interest to have a good exam and check up.
