Diagnosis: A blocked nose can be the result of several disorders. They include abusing the nose with otc nasal sprays, allergy, nasal polyps, hypertrophic inferior turbinates, deviated nasal sputum. Obviously, the best advice is to seen an ENT doctor. Please keep in mind that treatment always follows a proper diagnosis. See an ENT doctor.
