Ok so what can i give him to get better? his nose is blocked and the flem is going to his chest and now he is coughing aswell.

Can give him a: One can help by giving him a ride to a doctor. If he is an infant or child, a pediatrician or family medicine doctor can help. If he is an adult, an internal medicine or family medicine doctor can help. If no personal doctor is available, an Urgent Care clinic can help. If less than 6 months old, many Urgent Care clinics don't have experience with young babies, so the ER would be an alternative.
