What is the effect of glaucoma on focal length? if it increases or decreases or what happens to focal length?

Usually no effect: In some cases, particular with children, glaucoma can lengthen the axial length of the eye and cause near sightedness. Generally, though, glaucoma has no effect on refractive measurement of the eye.
