Don't worry: If they are truly scars and not active. Your ophthalmologist should be able to answer this question.

Periodic follow-up: If the vision is perfect and the eye care professional that diagnosed or saw the problem was not concerned, than it probably is not vision threatening. If there are indeed big scars, then periodic follow-up with an eye care professional is appropriate.
