Renal Failure: Your query raises some interesting points. If your data are correct, at a creatinine clearance of 7 ml/min, your father should be on dialysis. Is he? If so, speak to his nephrologist (n). If not, have him see his physician who can examine him and take some blood work to see what his blood count is. If his blood pressure is very low, you should get him to an er to have him assessed. Good luck.
