Need evaluation: It is possible to have tension headaches every day, but there are additional possible causes also -- such as allergies, eye strain, and others. Please see your doctor about these. You will also want to address any sources of "tension" in your life. General practices like meditation, breathing exercises, and/or yoga may help. Psychotherapy may be best for more focused results.

Chronic daily HA's: Your pattern has likely evolved due to your use of over the counter analgesics. This needs to stop and you may require assistance with headache management from a neurologist. Whether this is labeled migraine or tension, treatment is available. Helpful to understand what is occurring and where the triggers come from.
