Maybe: There are no known effective remedies for chronic fatigue syndrome. If you use "natural remedies" just make sure you know what you are taking, and to whatever extent possible be sure they are not harmful, except to your wallet. There are no known cures.

Yes but . . .: There are no "natural" treatments for chronic fatigue so what you might have been given is very likely to be safe as most are placebos with no clinical trials or documentation to indicate efficacy. So you will be given potions with few or no side effects, but probably no primary effect except placebo.
