Rx: Certain medications may help. I would search the internet for physicians in your area that specialize in chronic fatigue syndrome (cfs). Cfs is a designation given to chronic fatigue of unknown etiology. It is neither an autoimmune nor a rheumatologic condition. However, routine causes of fatigue must be ruled out first (anemia, hypothyroidism, etc.).
