A member asked:

Is there bleeding with ovarian cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually not: Vaginal bleeding after menopause usually comes from the lining of the uterus. It can be caused by polyps or abnormal cells in the lining of the uterus among other causes. Anyone with bleeding after menopause needs to see their doctor and possibly get an ultrasound and a biopsy of the lining of the uterus.
