Maybe (not) . . .: One of the common side effects of Lisinopril is "abdominal pain". Whether this is the "reflux" that you're describing isn't clear to me. Ask your doc for a trial off Lisinopril to see if your reflux resolves. If your blood pressure jumps up off lisinopril, you can always start another drug from another class. If "reflux" persists, then you need an egd (endoscopy) to evaluate your stomach.
