On an abdominal CT,: The size of the heart would be the primary item to see. If the mitral valve of the heart or the right coronary artery had a lot of calcium in them, that could be detected as well. On a dedicated ct coronary angiogram, which is a specialized ct of the heart, the chambers and valves of the heart can be well evaluated, as well as the blood supply to the heart.
