Can always feel heart thumping all through abdomen. worse for hours after food. cant sit and relax, very unnerving. normal abd us few weeks ago. normal ct 18 months ago. also had various normal heart checks. what could it be ?

Thumping: Glad your ultrasound was unremarkable. The thumping can be for various reasons. Given thumping the main symptoms a heart arrhythmia would be a likely cause. A visit with a cardiologist or even your regular provider. A Holter monitor could help. Other causes for symptoms could be anxiety. Panic attacks would be a possibility.

Checked heart,lungs,kidney function,... Did tests from ct to stress test, blood tst,etc... All perfectly normal the only problem is a high systolic especially on my right arm 140-160. Dr said chest pain was nerve but bp unknown cause what could it be?
