Probably: Musculoskeletal pain. The lymph node described sounds benign and unlikely to be a cause of your pain. Enlarged lymph nodes may indicate some infection nearby and, in some cases, reflect involvement by cancer. However, a lymph node with benign characteristics (such as a preserved fatty component) is usually just a normal finding.

One possibility: Pain in this area is often due to breast, but not always. Be sure to follow up with your physician. However, your symptoms make me question the possibility that you have a small amount of breast tissue that extends a little further into the axillary tail region (near under-arm), a normal variant (called accessory or ectopic tissue) but sometimes painful. This is not always noticed on ultrasound.
